The Berghof is in the village of Untergarten and just 1½km from the centre of Lermoos. The house has ten double bedrooms with shower rooms and balconies, as well as eleven double bedrooms without a shower room or balcony. The toilet rooms are spread out across the floors.
The spacious kitchen has everything you need including twelve hobs, a dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, two large refrigerators, a large chest freezer, various pots and pans, as well as cutlery and crockery. Everything you need to prepare your own home-made delicacies, or you can visit one the wonderful local restaurants.
